IRELAND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Ireland General Construction started in construction by working the fireplace repair business. We specialized in masonry restoration for historically registered homes and repairing chimney fire damage through home owner insurance companies. As this work evolved, IGC progressively started expanding into remodels and additions. In 1993, IGC bought its first piece of property in the Lakeridge neighborhood of Seattle. After building seven homes in this area, IGC moved its operation into Kirkland. Since building and moving my family into Kirkland, we have developed IGC into one of the finest new home contractors in Kirkland. By living within the same community we build homes, we instill pride and quality in the products we offer. We are proud to build homes in the town we call home.

After preparing the 20,973-square-foot site, the foundations were poured in May 2019. Since then, the 5,512-square-foot home has risen to three stories overlooking the city of Bellevue and the Cascades…

Indeed, each of the home's levels overlook this view. Inside there are six bedrooms, six and 1/2 bathrooms, an office, media room, wine room, and more. An elevator allows for easy travel between levels.”
